Arisia or bust!

Stayed up til 1:30am last night finishing complete revised page proofs on the book project. Now I can leave for arisia with a clear conscience! Then I got up this morning and spent another ~3 hours getting the button supply ready to print up.

Here is what my anticipated Arisia schedule looks like:

FRIDAY
9am BoltBus with taylweaver
1pm arrive South Station
1:30pm arrive Westin and pick up con badge
2pm deliver buttons/cargo to dealer's room; make up buttons to hand off to 2-3 preorder customers
2:45pm post flyers for services
3pm check into Renaissance
5pm call/setup for...
5:30pm services
9pm Techno Contra
10-11pm pmrp's The Day the Earth Stood Still
(it figures that the one movie I would really want to see, The Cabin in the Woods, starts at 10:35pm)
~11pm-12am head "home" and collapse

SATURDAY
~9am coffee/hangout in the lobby of the Westin
10am-7pm dealer's room
dinner?
parties?
10pm Chantey Sing
11pm Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog
~12am head "home" and collapse

SUNDAY
~9am coffee/hangout in the lobby of the Westin
10am-7pm dealer's room
quick dinner?
8pm Masquerade

MONDAY
~9am pack out of room and haul stuff to Westin
10am-3pm dealer's room
3-4:30pm pack and load, hang out, late lunch, possibly help out other folks
~4:45pm start heading to South Station
5:30pm return bus

I have some additional stated goals for this Arisia (interestingly, all of them self-care related):

To pack myself off to bed as early as I damn well feel like it, instead of feeling socially obligated to stay up until 3am

To get in some hot tubbing, in either the Renaissance (where I will have a room key) or the Westin (where I won't, so only if with others who do)

To treat myself to an actual restaurant meal on Saturday night, between 7pm close of dealer's room and the 10pm Chantey Sing

So if you feel like joining me for either of those latter two things, speak up. :-)

PS: I keep forgetting to ask: is anyone interested in buying a full-length full-circle brown polarfleece cloak from me? I bought it from Cloak & Dagger five or six Arisias ago, and I love it, but it turns out to be a bit too bulky/warm for my personal costuming needs, so I've probably only worn it out of the house three or four times total. I paid about $120 for it on sale. I'd love to get $50 for it. Let me know, and I can haul it with me.
