Awake before the sun, for a change

Went to sleep at midnight. Awoke, *ding!*, at 5am. How aggravating. I wonder if I could convince my body to take another 2-hour nap instead of lying awake thinking about the play.

... moria923 and thorbol came! The cosy Parents came! Mike and Dallas and Adam all came! ... inseriatim was supposed to come, but I didn't see her there but didn't stick around to say hello. ;-) Oh well. Also, we recorded (videographed?) last night. The performance was a teeny bit ragged around the edges, but basically sound... and it had heart. It's amazing how different each performance can be from the last. (And the tag-team effort on my hair actually came out well! even in the absence of muffyjo.)

All right, I'm going to try to go back to sleep now.

BTW, sorry I didn't make it to see your play last night, which would've been my only free night to see it. :-( I was too busy planning for today at work and for this weekend at Boskone. (I'm *still* not sure what I'm gonna sing for my concert set.) Don't suppose it'll exist on video somewhere?

It was a great performance, even better than I expected. Two hours in character with nowhere to escape, and you and Dave made it look easy.

(Would have congratulated you in person last night but you seemed deep in conversation and I didn't want to interupt. So, belated, but heartfelt, really nice work. )
