quick pre-update update

Busy, social, fun weekend including a few hours in shul, a movie, dinner, a trip to the Symphony with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kalessin, and an outing to the new Finale in Harvard Square. And all that was just Saturday!
Unfortunately, I've had a new cold since approximately last Tuesday. It's my usual traveling cold: started out as a sore throat, moved up into my nose, then back into my ears, then returned to the nose yesterday. And today it's moved down into my throat such that I have No Voice Whatsoever. Really. It's slightly easier today for me to sing an octave below middle C than a middle C. Always an entertaining effect, but a bit of a hassle.
Good thing I didn't sign on to do Sweeney Todd. Though I still have to complete a revised program draft and bring it to tonight's rehearsal... yeek!
