office move update

Packing is almost (almost!) completed.

My work phone will be losing service as of 2pm, so I'm logged into IM until I actually leave here, in case anyone needs me. E-mail works too, of course.

And I'm singing this evening at MIT Hillel's Yom HaShoah Holocaust Memorial Program. For those of you in the area, it's 5:00-6:30pm in the MIT Chapel.

Seeing your "Muffin" userpic reminds me that at your suggestion (or rather Tiger Boy's), I've been perusing the Sluggy Freelance archives, so now I "get" where the pic comes from. Is it not nifty? Worship the userpic. :-)

Will you have a different work number in the new office space, or will you be able to keep your old one?

We'll keep all the same numbers. We had campus numbers/extensions before, but the actual phone system was different; now that we'll be On Campus, we will have the same phone system as everyone else, using our existing numbers -- which is why they had to take our service down completely this afternoon. Or something.
