(i'm pretty sure you would recognize me in person, but we don't "know" each other very well.)

i was thinking to myself this past weekend: "I bet there's some lucky person out there who is getting married THIS WEEKEND, who has been watching the dismal weather for most of the summer, and now suddenly we have this fabulous weather, finally! and man, are they ever feeling *lucky*!"

(... not that someone who is getting married to the love of their life is going to be sad, in any event, right? but i was still feeling very happy for those who had been fortunate enough to have had their weddings with nice weather, too.)
