It's hard to write about much when my brain is being so thoroughly sucked by the show. (And I'm one to talk, I suppose, relative to people like our dauntless Tech Director,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kalessin. But still.) I do have stuff to write about, I just can't really put it together at the moment :-}
The even weirder thing is knowing that less than 12 (possibly as few as 10!) hours after we finish striking, I'll be hopping on a plane to CA to spend Thanksgiving week at my mom's. Where I expect to wake up Tuesday morning going, "What the hell just happened to me?" It'll be a great visit, but possibly a bit unsettling of a transition.
(Then again, it's about the same schedule as last fall, when Matthew and I left in the middle of Pinafore strike for an arduous journey that involved driving to Newark in order to fly to my mom's the next morning. And I don't remember that being an especially weird transition. Then again, lots of things were different then. But that's getting into a topic for the next update -- the one I don't have time and space to write right now. Heh.)
