Work this past two weeks has been slaying the Hydra: cut off one head and two more appear.
Well, almost. I am getting *some* things off my desk. But when an editor stopped by yesterday and commented, "Gee, you seem to be surrounded by more piles of paper than usual," I had to laugh because this is actually the *least* surrounded-by-piles I've been in days. >:-)
But I think this morning's headache is actually receding at the moment. And I was actually good and brought my lunch for the second day in a row -- go me.
