New year, new job!

I filled out all my new-hire paperwork yesterday, so I think it's now safe to announce that Day School #3 did offer me a job, amid all the holiday madness, and I'll be starting a week from today (Tuesday, November 1) as Marketing & New Media Associate, a.k.a. webmaster and Facebook guru. :-)

Since my first and primary task is to tackle getting their website rebuilt, does anyone have pet recommendations for web programming vendors? The team that Maimo uses has also built the websites for most of the day schools in the Boston area, but I'd love to get some new ideas/contacts.

Also, I'm getting on a bus for Boston this afternoon and will see some of you around in the ensuing few days: e.g., at the pmrp Big Broadcast on Thursday night at 8pm, and hopefully at tremontstshul Fri and/or Sat. Let me know if you're free for lunch Thu/Fri!

Lots more to catch you all up on, but hopefully I'll have the downtime to do some more writing this week.
