You do know that Pondscumme has not found a replacement for Pup, right? And Pup would appreciate a sublet, to the point where he's willing to clear out by August 1.
Yeah, I know, we need to clean the place, but we would; we just haven't scraped up the energy for the daunting, suckful process of trying to find someone cool. Having a prospect in hand would increase motivation at this end a lot.
Well, now that you mention it, I did know that, that's true :-) I think Matthew would prefer to stay on this side of the river if possible... but it's good to be reminded of this. thanks!
