burningriver asked me in passing Sunday morning, "So, did you get two out of three?" It took me a minute to remember what she was referencing!

So, let's see:
Happy: At least 90% yes. A few dubious moments caused by bitterly conflicting emotional impulses. But a few other moments of pure joy made up for those. I swear.
Mentally restful: Well, as much as could be expected. (Physically restful, about as little as could be expected. It sucks that I can no longer sleep past 8:30am even when I stay up until 4am.) Good balance between showing up for tech grunt-work, and disappearing (and/or running around with jessruth) when I felt like it. A little reading, a little dancing, a little hot-tubbing... even *gasp* a couple of panels!
Cuddly: Oh yes -- ranging from the expected, to the hoped-for, to the altogether unexpected.
