Given how unreliable World has become about actually delivering mail, it is now more aggravating than ever to be waiting for responses from specific people, because the likelihood that such responses were *sent* but are going undelivered is statistically significant. :-P

Folks, if I fail to answer your mail in a timely fashion, please don't be shy about re-sending it. Or copy my work address if you have it.

Oy.

It's nothing new, World has been doing that for some time which is why we left a couple of years ago, when we found out that they were dropping real messages. Be aware, if you leave, they WILL NOT FORWARD mail to your new account. They just turn off access to the account and you wont see it if someone sends mail there. We had a go round with them over them keeping the mail and not letting us have access to it after we left. Set up a forward, switch to another account and keep the world account for an extra month or two so everyone who you want to have your new address gets it, before you cancel the world account. And if you have any files stored there, get them out before you do anything else, they may disappear.

They pretty much shot themselves in the foot when they started screwing around, people have been ditching them in droves. I'm actually suprized that they are still able to operate since this has been going on for a couple years now.

Good Luck.
