It was unbelievably cool having to daven Kabbalat Shabbat at the top of my lungs to compete with the lightning and the thunder and the torrential downpour.

Oh! I had totally forgotten you'd be around there, or I would have tried to get you to come down. :-) We were mostly on Front Beach and wandering around Bearskin Neck... roughly 11:30am-5pm. Conflicted with the Gloucester Waterfront Festival, though (which also sounded like awesome fun, when we passed the signs for it on the way up, but it was a bit late for a complete shift in plan).
