I'm building a web page for the fundraising auction (real version to go up Monday) at the school benefit dinner next month, and I'm scavenging graphics from all over the place. So I was here, trying to work around the stupid Flash rollover to get the actual source image, since it wouldn't let me just "View Image". And I opened the page source code to see if I could dig out the location of the graphic itself, as sometimes works. I didn't find it -- resorted to doing a screen capture -- but as I was scrolling through the code, I found this in the comments:

Seeing that very human remark amid all the scripty business just made me feel warm and fuzzy all over. You're probably not actually someone I know, little code monkey, but you might as well be.

BTW, it's been a bang-up week or two for me personally at work, in the meantime, between exciting new website development and getting the aforementioned event invitations out. Zoom zoom zoom!

A March calendaring entry is in the works, hopefully tomorrow before we leave for skiing. (I could practically do April at the same time, considering it's largely set in stone before February is even over... but I think I'll hold out.)
